Running Allopathic Treatment Unit : Regularly poor/BPL people mainly Mother & Childe patients are getting treatment and medicine by the help of Krishnagar Municipality, Under Honorary Health Worker Scheme, 500 patients are getting this facility per month.

Running of Homoeopathic Charitable Dispensary : Hundreds of patients per month, belonging to below poverty line are getting benefit with treatment by eminent specialist and supply of medicines.

Service Towards Heart Disease Patients : This organization has been provided E.C.G. Test by Digital ECG machine for the poor people in exchange of Rs. 20/- only. This programme has been undertaken since June, 2005, the ECG Machine donated by Dr. Subrata Maitra.

Blood Sugar Test : Against Rs. 25.00 only by Gluco Meter.

Eye Treatment Unit : Conducting regular Eye Checkup camp for the poor patients on last Tuesday of every month. Free Cataract Operation being also carried out where necessary, with the help of Subhendu Memorial Society of Gobrapota, Krishnagar, Nadia.

Blood Donation and Special Medical Camp : Beside all above activities, in memory of great patriot and renowned parliamentarian (1934¬53) Lt. Pandit Lakshmi Kanta Maitra, every year from 23rd to 25th July we use to conduct a medical camp with the help of eminent Doctors of Belle Vue Clinic, Kolkata and specialist Doctors of Dist Hospital followed by a Blood Donation camp throught the day.

Self Employment Generating Training : A Tailoring Training School for the poor women was started in the year 1999 about 50 trainees per year undergoing this Training and many of them have been able to earn livelihood with the skill achievement.

Vocational Training : Community Development through Polytechnic Scheme 30 Nos. of trainee per session getting training on "Clay Modelling, Tailor Ladies, Hand Embroidery, Pharmacy Asst. etc. It is six months training course under CDTP Scheme of HRD Department of Govt. Under the guidance of BPC Institute of Technology, Krishnagar.

Running Rogi Sahayata Kendra in the Govt. Hospitals' : Our organization has been selected for running Rogi Sahayata Kendra & RSBY Help Desk at 6 nos. of Govt. Hospital in the District.

Land & Assets : A piece of land of 0.0365 Acre was purchased by the society on the 13th May, 02 and foundation of the building construction initiated by the then District Magistrate, Nadia.This land is situated in an area where most of the people belong -to Scheduled Caste and of the poor communities. We have constructed a 2 storied Building which is about 2200 sq ft. And a beautiful Tin shed on the roof of 2nd Floor with all necessary facilities. With the partial help of MPLAD and MLA's fund.
